Job Title: Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Fully remote opportunity available for a highly skilled Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Medix. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for communicating and enrolling employees in core and voluntary benefits in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the communication and enrollment of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollments and life status changes.
  • Educate employees on their benefits and suggest options based on their needs, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Enter information accurately into the enrollment system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Call Center Manager to ensure client standards and requirements are met during benefits consultations.
  • Build rapport with employees to gain accurate needs assessments and provide guidance on benefits enrollment.
  • Assist with new-hire benefits enrollment and perform accuracy and quality checks on submitted enrollment platforms.
  • Master enrollment platforms and systems, ensuring seamless enrollment experiences for employees.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages.
  • Active Health and Life Insurance license in your state of residence.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Ancillary benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and educate on available benefits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to navigate dual computer screens and work with a variety of enrollment systems.
