Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Architect who will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, designing automation frameworks, coordinating with remote teams, and addressing any challenges that may arise during the testing process.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, SoapUI, Groovy, Postman, Git, and Azure DevOps.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact between our organization and clients, engaging regularly to comprehend testing requirements, offer technical advice, and ensure project alignment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of effectively interacting with clients to understand their needs and convey technical solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in creating automation frameworks utilizing tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent technologies. Proficient in scripting languages such as Java or JavaScript.
  • Collaboration with Offshore Teams: Partner closely with offshore teams to supervise automation initiatives, provide guidance, and resolve issues related to automation frameworks.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address complex challenges associated with automation tools, frameworks, and test scripts, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
  • Implementation of Best Practices: Establish and uphold best practices for automation testing, ensuring uniformity, efficiency, and quality across all projects.
  • Leadership: Offer direction and leadership to the testing team, nurturing a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous enhancement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of automation frameworks, processes, and test outcomes. Generate insightful reports for stakeholders as necessary.
