Role Overview:
The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting various studios across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with our leadership team and Project Managers, focusing on all facets of project accounting, alongside the Finance and Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project billing processes
- Oversee project maintenance, including setup, budgeting, and ongoing management within the accounting system
- Handle accounts receivable collections
- Assist in revenue recognition and forecasting, including project and work-in-progress analysis
- Provide training to Project Managers
- Utilize expertise to support Project Managers in decision-making processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required
- Two to five years of relevant accounting experience is preferred
- Experience in an Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design firm is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and accounting software (experience with industry-specific software such as BST, Deltek, Timberline is highly preferred)
