Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Lead a dedicated team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard information systems.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Business.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity roles.
  • A minimum of 6 years in a leadership position, managing teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, cryptography, and application security.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufacturing or Operational Technology.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
  • A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Willingness to travel minimally, up to 5% as needed.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required.
