Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Southern Oregon

Asante Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team in Southern Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including those on insulin pumps and multi-dose insulin injections.
- Troubleshoot continuous glucose sensors.
- Treat patients with non-diabetic endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.
- Competitive annual base salary.
- Eligibility for production incentive plan beginning year 2.
- Eligibility for quality incentives up to $20,000 annually beginning year 2.
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 DOE.
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance.
- $3,000 annual CME allowance.
- 240 hours (30 days) of paid time off.
