Asante Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. Our advanced practice providers work closely with patients to manage type 1 and type 2 diabetes, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose sensors. They also treat patients with non-diabetic endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patients with diabetes and other endocrine conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Competitive annual base salary
- Eligible for production incentive plan beginning year 2
- Eligible for quality incentives up to $20,000 annually beginning year 2
