We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team at Asante Health System in beautiful Southern Oregon.
About the RoleThis is a 100% outpatient position, requiring at least 2 years of Endocrinology experience. Our advanced practice providers see patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, manage patients on insulin pumps and multi-dose insulin injections, and troubleshoot continuous glucose sensors.
They also treat a smaller number of established patients with non-diabetic endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.
Benefits- Competitive annual base salary
- Eligible for production incentive plan beginning year 2
- Eligible for quality incentives up to $20,000 annually beginning year 2
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 DOE
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- 240 hours (30 days) of paid time off
