Asante Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Endocrinology department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Endocrinology and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including management of insulin pumps and multi-dose insulin injections.
- Troubleshoot continuous glucose sensors and treat patients with non-diabetic endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
We offer a competitive annual base salary, eligibility for a production incentive plan, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Additionally, you will receive up to $10,000 in relocation assistance and $3,000 annually for continuing medical education.
