Overview and Responsibilities

We are currently in search of dedicated Sales Representatives to become part of Rotech Healthcare Inc.'s thriving Sales team. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in respiratory services, durable medical equipment, home healthcare products, negative pressure therapy, or wound care sales to contribute to our substantial business growth.

In this role, you will engage in face-to-face sales interactions, fostering and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, wound care centers, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies. You will be tasked with achieving or surpassing your monthly sales targets while continuously educating clients and promoting our services and products to prospective customers.


The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, an attractive commission structure, bonuses, vehicle and mileage reimbursement, a company mobile phone, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Employment is contingent on

Background investigation (company-wide) Drug screening (when applicable for the position) Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position) Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, if required

Education and/or Experience

Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred Leadership experience in other areas or fields

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of success in sales Eagerness to work in a performance-driven environment Strong team player Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external clients within the assigned territory Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills Proficient in English communication, both oral and written Ability to interpret various forms of communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual) Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Capable of multitasking with attention to detail Self-motivated with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry office equipment as needed Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, or listening Requires close vision for reading small print on computers or paperwork

Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities

Familiarity with all relevant home medical equipment and supplies Proficient in email communication Internet navigation and research skills Knowledge of Microsoft applications; Word and Excel Proficient in using office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone, and computer/tablet Rotech Information
