Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell First Aid products to new clients with 75 or more employees and/or multiple locations.
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts to offer additional services, focusing on first aid, facility services, and safety products.
  • Address customer needs with products that contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
  • Utilize tools to enhance your prospecting efforts.
  • Create and implement a strategic plan to optimize daily sales and minimize travel time between client visits.
  • Maintain a call average that aligns with company objectives.
  • Drive growth by consistently setting appointments, making cold calls, and obtaining referrals.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and execute provided information.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and submit expense reports as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in all documentation.
  • Communicate essential information regarding new accounts to relevant management.
  • Stay informed about pricing changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a database of all prospective accounts.
  • Engage in periodic promotional activities.
  • Ensure that your vehicle used for business purposes is well-maintained and organized.
  • Adhere to company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and pricing.
  • Share relevant pricing and product information during team meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of business-to-business sales experience is required.
  • Strong selling skills, including effective prospecting and closing abilities.
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
