UniFirst First Aid + Safety is in search of a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative to become a vital part of our team. As a key member of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through exceptional sales techniques.

We offer a variety of work schedules, typically a standard 5-day work week with two days off. Our organization is currently hiring and provides comprehensive on-the-job training.

Your role will involve:

  • Promoting and selling First Aid products to new clients with 75 or more employees and/or multiple locations.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts to offer additional services, prioritizing first aid, facility services, and safety products.
  • Meeting customer needs with products designed to create a safe and productive work environment.
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to optimize daily sales and minimize travel time between client visits.
  • Engaging in sales meetings and sharing relevant information with the Sales Manager and other team members.
  • Maintaining a detailed prospect database of all accounts under development.
  • Adhering to company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
