Job Description:

  • Serve as a clinical leader, overseeing the delivery of patient care in the recovery room.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas.
  • BSN degree required; MSN degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Specialty certification in one of the units is preferred.
