Role Summary

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the behavioral health program at our facility.

The Behavioral Health Program Director will be responsible for managing and directing the overall operations of the program, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and contracts with county and state agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and direct the overall operations of the behavioral health program
  2. Oversee staff covering multiple programs within the BHS services
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and contracts with county and state agencies
  4. Develop and achieve financial objectives, including budget management
  5. Work with community to develop new opportunities to expand services offered

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • 5 years in inpatient unit or intensive outpatient program
  • AHA BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • MFT, LCSW certification

Physical Demands

Lift/position up to 25 lbs. Push/pull up to 25 lbs. of force. Frequent sitting. Moderate standing, walking, reaching, stooping, and bending. Manual dexterity, mobility, touch, auditory to perform all the related duties of the position.
