We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to manage land development projects from concept to completion. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.


About the Role

As a Project Manager for Land Development, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams across various offices to deliver top-notch consulting engineering services. Your expertise in planning and designing projects will ensure successful outcomes for national and local land developers.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning and design, including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Engage with cross-functional project teams daily to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • EIT certification (P.E. license preferred or in progress).
  • 5-15 years of experience in land development, preferably in a project management role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset.
  • Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and self-initiative mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
