As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. Your primary role will be to assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and providing them with suitable coverage options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our proven sales system in the field, utilizing the skills and knowledge gained from training
  • Update reports, records, and organizational tools to accurately track progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients and maintain a portfolio of current clients
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients, actively listening to their individual circumstances to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
Requirements
  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fundamental computer skills and/or experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
