STEPS Talent is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Services practice, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality client support by working with client teams to resolve issues and troubleshoot system problems.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine requirements, document, and present to the client for approval.
  • Identify and apply creative approaches to resolving system issues.
  • Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
  • Participate in team training activities to stay current with Oracle Cloud functionality.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of consulting or industry experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and general knowledge of Payroll processes and procedures.
  • Extensive experience in consulting or a related role with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and the challenges commonly faced by clients and implementation teams.

Payroll Specific:

  • Payroll Expertise (ideally Oracle Cloud or EBS Payroll)
  • Local knowledge of Legislative Payroll Requirements
  • Knowledge of common business pay practices
