Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of key business reports and analytics in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and own solutions through project or development lifecycles, utilizing expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Mentor and conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Develop internal and external integrations and reports using HCM tools like OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract, and OIC.
  • Research and implement new features and functions within the Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments, staying up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud advancements.
  • Work closely with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to collaborate and develop application security solutions that meet technology and business requirements for all applicable testing and production environments.
  • Prioritize opportunities to improve processes for application development and reporting functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data analysis to understand system capabilities and troubleshoot environment issues, providing data-driven insights.
  • Utilize knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Minimum 4 years of technical and development experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) HR plus Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Hands-on experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, value sets, and value sets.
  • Hands-on experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Experience with Visual Builder and Page composer tools.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team.
  • Ability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities, and overall impact to the current and new security and application configuration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements in a fast-paced, continuously changing business environment.
