Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the MA float pool, including scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate the MA intern and extern student clinical rotation programs, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for students and preceptors.
  • Develop and implement orientation and onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with the Education Program Manager to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that support the goals and objectives of Spectrum Health System.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, preceptors, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
