Experience Designer, Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Experience Designer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their users.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand client needs and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior, preferences, and needs to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of design standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on digital products and services.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful user experiences that meet business objectives.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or other UX design software.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in a cloud-based DevOps environment.
- Experience with business workflow and appropriate capabilities and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with graphic design principles, including typographic and layout, and production methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to internal and external professionals at all levels.
