About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Account Manager to join our team at A3IM, Inc. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for driving new product and service sales with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to deliver incremental sales growth
  • Proactively schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and develop processes to ensure 5 Star Service
  • Respond to customer needs, providing quick and reliable service that exceeds expectations
  • Review service level report cards and identify areas for improvement
  • Pursue new opportunities, upcoming projects, and turnarounds
  • Perform site, application, and shop walk-throughs to clarify customer needs
  • Follow up on meetings, documenting customer requirements and action items
  • Work on proposal and quote development, with follow-up and analysis
  • Perform field product demonstrations and training for end users
  • Manage trade show and event opportunities with customer and technical partners
Requirements
  • 2-year associate degree or equivalent industry experience (5+ years)
  • In-depth knowledge of Oil/Gas/Chemical and Renewable energies market
  • Strong technical aptitude and a strong desire for continuous learning required
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, self-motivated to thrive in a remote (work from home) environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace
  • Solid functional understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Technical background in Instrumentation (Pressure, Level, Flow Measurement), Analyzers, Electrical, or Valves a plus
