As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Manage and maintain Guest Services, including customer service and sales
  • Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels
  • Develop and train staff to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Prior retail management experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
