Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial objectives.
  • Implement effective safety and sanitation practices.
  • Conduct daily reporting and manage inventory controls.
  • Uphold company guidelines as outlined in training materials and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure proper setup and breakdown of functions.
  • Provide necessary tools and resources for team members to succeed.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide and support staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and development of team members.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and promote teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
