Food & Beverage Responsibilities

This team ensures a consistent guest experience by maintaining product freshness, stock availability, and accurate pricing on the sales floor. They excel in operations, processes, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing food and beverage operations, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and promotional signage.
  • Planning daily and weekly workloads to meet Food & Beverage priorities and sales goals.
  • Leading a team of hourly employees, focusing on interviewing, developing, coaching, and retaining talent.

A typical day may involve:

  • Understanding sales targets and executing daily workloads to enhance department and store performance.
  • Ensuring a fresh and safe food area by adhering to inventory management and safety protocols.
  • Conducting assessments of backroom and sales floor areas to identify priorities and develop business plans.
  • Upholding food safety standards and cleaning routines.
  • Building relationships with vendors to maintain brand standards.
