- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the Food & Beverage area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Oversee inventory levels, manage merchandise, and ensure that all products are accurately priced and signed.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring that guests have an exceptional shopping experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Previous Retail and/or Food Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and work independently.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
