Key Responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with guests through regular feedback and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train staff on menu offerings, beverage selections, and service expectations.
  • Promote a supportive work environment by selecting and engaging team members effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial objectives.
  • Implement inventory controls and execute daily reporting accurately.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication with team members.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a food and beverage operational role.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.

Skills: High level of computer proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality.
