Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through diverse marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to identify any coverage deficiencies.
  • Promote and sell Commercial Line insurance products effectively.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding policy options, eligibility, and coverage specifics.
  • Gain expertise in our product offerings, services, and internal processes.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives by following established performance targets.
  • Contribute to agency growth by driving new business, cross-selling, and embracing innovative initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
  • Possession of a 2-20 Florida P&C License.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Able to work independently and take proactive measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and adept at utilizing technology systems.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Occasional travel may be required; valid motor vehicle license and insurance coverage are necessary.
