Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Revenue Assurance Supervisor and Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Job Functions:

  • Conducting daily audits and reconciliations of revenue streams, including detailed analysis of performance metrics.
  • Generating comprehensive analytical reports on revenue performance based on actual and projected data.
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating discrepancies and issues related to revenue reporting.
  • Quickly recognizing patterns of data inconsistencies and making informed decisions regarding necessary adjustments.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial data reported in compliance with internal control standards.
  • Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare journal entries and document business transactions.
  • Reporting financial information in the required format for periodic statements and statistical analysis.
  • Assisting supervisors in high-level reviews of financial audits and preparing reports to substantiate transactions.
  • Collaborating with department heads and compliance management on investigations and audits.
  • Recommending improvements to current accounting procedures to enhance daily operations.
  • Verifying financial transactions through document audits.
  • Developing systems for general accounting and audit preparation to effectively reflect daily operations.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of financial documents as required.
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to responsible business practices and ethical standards.
  • Ensuring prompt reporting of any observations of unethical behavior or violations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with two (2) years of experience in an accounting or analytical role is required. Experience in revenue assurance or related fields is preferred. This position may require work on weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:

  • The role requires frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • The work environment is dynamic and may involve exposure to various environmental factors.
  • Effective communication in English is essential for interacting with clients and team members.
