Electrical Engineering Qualification Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Qualification Engineer to join our team at Galaxy Technologies. As an Electrical Engineering Qualification Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting conformity assessments of electronic components and systems against international regulations (IEC) within an accredited inspection agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reliability analyses and qualification of hardware and software in the areas of control, measurement, and control technology, electrical drive technology, communication technology, and information technology.
  • Inspect compliance with quality standards and safety aspects at customer sites (e.g. laboratories or plant operators).
  • Create technical documents and corresponding inspection reports, as well as support in proposal preparation and marketing.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a comparable natural or engineering science field.
  • Ideal professional experience in one or more of the following areas: quality management, conformity assessment, process control technology, control engineering, software quality, IT security, programmable logic controllers.
  • Interest in working in multidisciplinary and/or international teams.
  • Flexible, independent, and team-oriented work style.
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills in both written and verbal communication (creating technical reports, communicating with stakeholders).
