Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at the Atlanta Postal Credit Union. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external members by providing business application support for our core system (Symitar) and other business applications used by the various credit union divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications; Create and maintain applications in PowerOn that automate Symitar postings and integrate with Symitar and third-party applications.
  • Consult with business partners and internal stakeholders to understand and define requirements for changing business needs or member experience enhancements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain routine to complex software applications using multiple technologies, platforms, and interfaces.
  • Research available tools and technologies to determine alternative technology solutions.
  • Modify acquired application software using vendor supplied customization tools to implement approved changes specified by end users and/or management.

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,200 and $105,430 based on level of experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 99% of employee healthcare covered by the company, 100% of dental and vision covered by the company, and a 401K match offered.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, along with four years additional specific work experience in lieu of degree, or four years specific work technical work experience with Symitar and Symitar proprietary programming (PowerOn), HTML, Java Script, etc. Preference will be given to candidates with Symitar PowerOn certification and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications.
