About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at the State of Montana Department of Administration (DOA). As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for our enterprise procurement system, eMACS.
  • Answer emails, phone calls, and complete helpdesk tickets.
  • Submit and process new user requests, workflow changes, and update vendor data.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Two years of job-related work experience, including help desk.
  • Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered.
