Clinical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Manager to join our team at Helping Hands. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing services provided to clients while maintaining productive relationships with outside managers through proper staffing and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing assessments of each client and development of a client-specific Service Plan
- Documentation of all service issues and exceptions, and communication with staff and outside service providers as necessary
- Maintenance of client safety, health, and well-being
Requirements:
- A Master's degree and at least one year of experience in case management/service coordination, or
- A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in case management/service coordination
- Strong advocacy skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
