They should be able to work effectively with a diverse population and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, they should have experience working with OMH, DOHMH, and/or HASA contract managers and knowledge of funders' regulations, scopes of services, and standards.

Job Description: The Assistant Program Director will report to the Vice President and provide direct supervision to the Case Managers. They will work closely with the Program Director to develop the clinical skills of the team and ensure that our clients receive high-quality care and support. This role requires a thorough understanding of mental health systems and experience working with clients within these systems.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Supervise case management staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and implement groups and programming that support client needs.
  • Collaborate with property management partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Facilitate clinical groups and provide supervision to staff.
  • Oversee program budgets and ensure compliance with funding regulations.
  • Support the Program Director in developing site-specific policies and tracking outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Program Director in facilitating Clinical and Staff Meetings.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance on treatment planning.
  • Identify community resources and facilitate referrals to support client needs.
