Requirements
  1. Experience: 10+ years of professional fundraising experience, with a proven track record of success in major gifts, planned giving, and other fundraising areas.
  2. Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and philanthropy best practices.
