Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in electrical systems and hydraulics, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
