Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Locate and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure that job functions maintain or improve product quality to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC and ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and accomplish projects in a timely manner with acceptable workmanship.
