Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining relationships and promoting their health, safety, and emotional well-being.
  • Implement and adhere to established treatment plans, ensuring person-centered supports and honoring the unique personality, preferences, culture, and strengths of each individual.
  • Transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Commit to company values and adhere to policies, upholding the standards set by the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Code of Ethics.
  • Maintain all required certifications and report problems and concerns to supervisors immediately.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record is highly preferred.
