Community Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team at Regus Management Group, LLC. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive client engagement and retention.
- Ensure the center is well-maintained, organized, and equipped to meet client needs, including managing inventory and supplies.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
- A competitive total compensation package, including a quarterly bonus plan and hourly rate of $19.62.
