Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team in planning and coordinating preventative measures to ensure product quality. This includes developing, monitoring, and maintaining procedures, corrective actions, and process verification systems. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. They will also have experience in leading and developing a quality assurance team and excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Assurance team in planning and coordinating preventative measures to ensure product quality.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain procedures, corrective actions, and process verification systems.
  • Have a strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience in leading and developing a quality assurance team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of industry relevant experience, minimum 5 years of experience leading/managing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a quality assurance team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
