Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations for the Central Region will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring retention through strategic enhancements. This position will promote Levy's core values across all management levels and develop leadership growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with location leaders and the Regional Director of Operations to foster a culture of teamwork and operational excellence.
2. Maintain and strengthen partner relationships, conducting high-level business reviews with senior partners.
3. Lead client retention efforts, ensuring long-term contract stability and business growth by anticipating client needs.
4. Conduct bi-monthly and quarterly meetings with partners to review business needs and client satisfaction.
5. Prepare and present annual client reviews, assessing year-end performance and future outlook.
6. Work closely with the Strategic Alliance Group to develop a robust retention strategy from day one.
7. Focus on business renewals, special projects, and exploring new business opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol management standards.
9. Celebrate achievements and promote open communication across all levels of management.
10. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new location leaders, supporting talent review and succession planning.
11. Collaborate with finance teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience in multi-account management at a District/Regional Manager level or higher.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the food service industry.
- Proven expertise in client relations and P&L management.
- Strong training and development skills, with experience in launching new accounts.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel as needed.
