Job Description

In this Assistant Teacher role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years. You will also assist teachers with instruction in the classroom, maintain a clean and safe environment, and interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and remain organized. You must also meet state criteria for child care employment.
