Child Development Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented Child Development Coordinator to join our team at Lighthouse Daycare Learning Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning, implementing, and evaluating daily programs to meet the diverse needs of our children.

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $45,000

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to inform program development.
  • Develop and maintain records of children's progress, adhering to state regulations and accreditation standards.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, preferably as a program coordinator.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
