Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team at Metro Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in developing and executing targeted marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing and communication strategies for assigned service lines and/or clinical focus areas.
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships and possess a clear understanding of each client's core business.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute targeted market automation campaigns, demand generation, lead management, and automated digital marketing programs.
  • Leverage and build the marketing automation infrastructure, applying best practices and adhering to guidelines for personalized emails, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landing pages, nurture campaigns, etc.
  • Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of Metro Health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field from an accredited institution or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with direct to consumer brands.
  • Experience with and knowledge of emerging media platforms.
  • Adept at guiding and interpreting various forms of qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Strong project management skills, including impeccable attention to detail, organization skills, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, organize complex projects, and react quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills including experience working with varying levels of seniority and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with agencies and other external partners.
  • Ability to think creatively, innovatively, and analytically.
  • Strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Displays a dynamic and positive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit.
  • Displays a self-starter attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and virtual communication skill.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of software products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of client (non-agency) brand portfolio management experience.
  • Experience leading marketing agencies and vendors through strategic marketing programming development & GTM asset creation.
  • Experience with a data base management and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software program.
  • Experience with marketing automation.
  • Experience with media placement.
  • Experience with digital campaign & communication development.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Physical Demands:

The Marketing Associate will be required to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. The position may also require sitting or standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have normal visual and audio range, finger dexterity to operate office equipment, and the ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.

Work Environment:

The Marketing Associate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications, and will have the ability to see computer monitors and departmental documents.
