Brighton Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled Family Coach to join our team. As a Family Coach, you will play a vital role in providing family-centered case management services to connect families with preventative supports and overcome barriers to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Resource Connection: Establish and maintain relationships with community resources to provide families with access to essential services.
  • Group Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate group activities and special events for families, promoting social connections and community engagement.
  • Goal Setting and Partnership: Work closely with families to develop and achieve personalized goals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Home Visitation: Conduct home visits to assess family needs and provide guidance on accessing community resources.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Community Resources: Possess in-depth knowledge of community resources and services available to families.
  • Coaching and Partnership Skills: Demonstrate effective coaching and partnership skills to work collaboratively with families and community stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience: Hold an associate degree in human services or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Possess a deep understanding of the value and significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in working with families and communities.
  • Transportation: Maintain a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
