This role is focused on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing intelligence analyses and maintaining comprehensive situational awareness of ground operations.
  • Integrating intelligence reports from various sources and providing evaluations, feedback, and inputs to enhance intelligence collection efforts.
  • Conducting research and drafting predictive all-source analysis products on foreign military capabilities and order of battle to inform senior leadership and guide operations.
  • Covering areas such as ground domain, military capabilities, C4ISREW, and strategic competition.
  • Collaborating with theater service components and INDOPACOM J2 to ensure alignment with USARPAC and theater priorities.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: This level requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman typically operates independently across all functional duties.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, with potential for prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Tasks may include typing and reading from a screen, as well as physical mobility for daily duties. The role may involve climbing, working in confined spaces, and lifting equipment up to 50 pounds. Occasional travel to various sites may be required.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting, which may include cubicle arrangements with considerations for noise and lighting. Collaboration with colleagues and management at all levels is essential. Limited travel, up to 10%, may be necessary.

Equipment Proficiency: Competence in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, and telecommunication devices is required.

Attendance Expectations: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and participating in meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to accommodate mission-critical situations.

Professional Conduct: Demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with customers, management, and colleagues is essential. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required. Personal grooming and attire must be appropriate for the role. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel may involve airline arrangements.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as work location, skills, experience, and education.
