At PVH Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive III to join our team in the Calvin Klein Women's Apparel division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and selling Calvin Klein Women's Apparel in the US Wholesale Channel to achieve sales plans and protect the profitability of the division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for sales growth to internal partners.
- Analyze sales data on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to seek opportunities to drive business.
- Prepare recaps that highlight opportunities, best sellers, door performance, and translate that into growth opportunities.
- Establish strategic partnerships with accounts to further understand product needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to build assortments to increase sales by account/region.
- Develop, present, monitor, and react to sales plans that deliver top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and field teams to ensure strong product execution in stores.
- Fiscal reporting, including current ship month projections and total year forecasts.
- Sell seasonal lines with powerful assortments tailored to each account, enhancing the Calvin Klein brand while driving profitable sales growth.
- Timely confirmation and tracking of monthly shipments.
- Partner with marketing on initiatives that drive increased in-store and online traffic and conversion for the account base.
- Assist the Vice President of Sales in daily operations, including market calendar management, order file maintenance, and top-to-top leadership meetings.
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, retail, and/or marketing.
- 6-10 years of experience with proven results in this product category.
- Strong interpersonal, retail analysis, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and NuOrder.
- Strong math and analytical skills, with experience working with US wholesale accounts such as Macy's and Dillard's.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000
PVH Corp. provides base salary ranges for all positions in the United States based on local requirements. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, including diverse and robust health and insurance benefits, and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help associates save for retirement.
