  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
