- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
