About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Management / Pest Control Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Rowland Pest Management, Inc.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Service Management / Pest Control Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience when they call in, and maintaining a high call booking rate.

You will also be responsible for coaching your team on proper phone communications, handling customer and prospect interactions, and overseeing the office to ensure leads are booked and the schedule is full.

This is a critical role in our pest management company, and we are looking for someone who is driven, focused, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure customers receive a positive experience when they call in
  • Maintain a high call booking rate
  • Coach team on proper phone communications
