About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Development Intern to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for mastering Supply Chain related competencies and developing skills in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily, tactical execution of plant material requirements to implement sound strategies in the Supply Chain.
  • Be assigned to a commodity or value stream and responsible for ensuring the continuity of material to support daily needs.
  • Learn the basics of the Kollmorgen Materials System and maintain and implement the process to minimize inventory levels while ensuring availability.
  • Understand the impact of other Supply Chain Management activities such as supplier management, buying, planning, part transition, and quality on inventory.
  • Perform tasks such as using tools to make an immediate positive impact on a manufacturing cell's performance, building relationships with suppliers to develop company value, and strengthening the supply chain by making it more responsive, agile, and sustainable.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is required.
  • Previous internship experience in the field of study is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates ranging from assembly technicians to management.
