About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Account Support Specialist to join our team at P•A•S Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers, ensuring they receive timely assistance and resolution to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Participate in sales calls to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating information as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services, utilizing this knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
