Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk/System Support Technician to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our Manager Network Administration, ensuring seamless IT network and systems management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support via phone and in-person, providing quick, courteous, and professional assistance to end-users.
  • Monitor and manage assigned tickets, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide expertise on computer hardware, operating systems, software configurations, and driver incompatibilities.
  • Perform device patching, ensuring all end-user security patches, drivers, and software are up-to-date.
  • Support company VOIP applications on all devices and troubleshoot basic printer issues.
  • Issue IT equipment and track asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other devices.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Mac operating system and M365 experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of AD, DNS, IoT, and mail flow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Investigative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and make necessary adjustments.
